We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, understanding client needs and business challenges, and selling our suite of Odoo software solutions including CRM, ERP, and HRM systems to businesses across Erbil.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to potential clients only to understand their operational challenges and business requirements
- Analyze customer pain points and recommend tailored software solutions from our product portfolio
- Present and demonstrate CRM, ERP, and HRM solutions in a clear, consultative, and value-driven approach
- Work closely with the technical team to align solutions with customer needs and prepare project proposals
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and opportunity data

Applicant should has experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, IT solutions, or enterprise systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand customer needs, conduct requirement analysis, and propose appropriate Odoo-based solutions.
Strong ability to build relationships, follow up with clients, and close deals.
Prior experience selling ERP or Odoo modules is a strong plus
